AddLife completed the acquisition of Unicam Sistemas Analíticos on 8 September 2026. Its adviser confirms a purchase of 100% of the company, which joins AddLife's Labtech business area.
The transaction
Unicam distributes analytical laboratory equipment and supplies consumables, technical support and training. The buyer reports annual revenue of approximately €10m and 20 employees.
The business will retain its own brand and a high degree of operating independence under AddLife's decentralised model.
