BlackFin-backed Grupo Concentra acquired Portugal-based Obimedia as part of its Iberian insurance-brokerage expansion.
The transaction
Cuatrecasas confirms it advised Concentra on the acquisition. The announcement says Obimedia’s current managing partners, team and business model will be retained.
Obimedia serves personal and business insurance clients. The proposed integration is intended to broaden available products and services.
