Critical Software and Stadler launched a railway software joint venture operating from Coimbra and Lisbon.
The transaction
Critical Software's announcement says the venture was operational at launch. Its work covers railway digital engineering, safety-critical systems and cybersecurity.
Stadler's own release confirms the 51%/49% ownership split. The initial team numbered 100; reaching 300 people within three years is a stated growth goal.
