Draycott-controlled GreenView notified its planned acquisition of control over Portuguese landscaping company Sograma. The Portuguese competition authority subsequently issued a non-opposition decision.
The transaction
Sograma's recorded activities include garden construction and maintenance, irrigation systems and landscape architecture. GreenView is identified as a vehicle controlled by Draycott II FCR.
The AdC timeline records the notification notice on 14 January and clearance on 25 February. Its closed case status relates to the competition procedure and does not establish the date of the ownership transfer.
