Exus agreed to acquire 60% of nine Portuguese wind farms from Masdar, which would retain 40%.
The transaction
The portfolio is in Guarda and Castelo Branco. The announcement describes repowering from 144 MW to 164 MW, with project completion expected in 2027.
The partners also plan 110 MW of solar hybridisation. These are development plans; they do not establish completed share transfer or already operational additional capacity.
