Galp acquired 15 operating Spanish wind farms from Acciona Energía, totalling 361 MW. Its July announcement confirms simultaneous signing and closing with no conditions precedent.
The transaction
Galp reports €420m enterprise value at 1 January 2026 and no associated net debt. January is the economic valuation reference, not the transaction date. The deal adds wind generation to the Portuguese buyer's renewables mix.
