What happened

The portfolio comprises 17 wind farms. Galp announced an equity value of about €320m on 9 April, adding wind generation to an Iberian renewables business previously weighted towards solar.

Galp’s first-half accounts confirm completion on 11 June and total consideration of €323m, including a ticking fee. The report identifies €318.1m paid at closing. These are later transaction figures, rather than a restatement of the initial equity-value headline.
