Mercedes-Benz agreed to transfer its Portuguese Vans distribution and after-sales activity to ADARSA Group. Its announcement names the incoming operator; a later adviser disclosure confirms an asset-purchase agreement.
The transaction
The agreement covers wholesale distribution and after-sales operations for Vans and Vans parts in Portugal. Mercedes-Benz said the existing national dealer and authorised-workshop network would continue to serve customers.
Abreu Advogados described its work on negotiations and signing in May. Neither primary release establishes a completion date or discloses the price.
