Motorola Solutions acquired all DeepNeuronic shares, including its Brazilian subsidiary. The Portuguese company’s video-analytics technology will join Avigilon, with its team remaining based in Covilhã.
The transaction
DeepNeuronic develops software that analyses existing camera feeds to identify incidents in real time. Adviser announcements describe customers in Portuguese and Brazilian infrastructure and commercial settings.
Cuatrecasas confirmed the sale on 22 September. Financial adviser Young America Capital announced its role on 29 September and said the 17-person team would join Motorola Solutions while staying in Covilhã.
