Keensight-backed Nomios acquired Porto-based cybersecurity provider Orbcom, establishing its first Portuguese presence.
The transaction
The buyer confirms completion during September. Its announcement is dated 23 September; Keensight published its own release the next day.
Orbcom reported about €15m annual revenue and around 80 staff. Hélder Costa remains its leader and becomes Nomios Portugal managing director; he and some managers become Nomios shareholders.
