Portugal-based DiRoots became part of NTI Group on 18 June. The acquisition adds software for BIM automation and construction workflows to the Axcel-backed buyer's offering.
The transaction
DiRoots develops productivity tools for Autodesk platforms and custom software for architecture, engineering and construction. NTI says the acquisition also establishes its presence in Portugal.
DiRoots said existing licences, custom development projects and customer contacts would continue unchanged. The parties did not disclose the consideration or acquired stake.
