Lisbon startup Pollen raised €3.2m in seed funding for a battery-swapping network serving electric mopeds and motorcycles.
The transaction
Pale Blue Dot and Mustard Seed Maze led the round, alongside other funds and angel investors. Tec Labs, Pollen’s incubator, confirms that the capital is intended for infrastructure, hiring and commercial expansion.
The first operating network is in Lisbon. Spain was identified as the planned first international market; that ambition should not be presented as an already completed rollout.
