PreZero Portugal completed its acquisition of Tondela industrial-waste specialist TRATRIS.
The transaction
TRATRIS collects, transports, treats and recovers industrial waste. PreZero says the business recycles approximately 11,000 tonnes of recoverable industrial materials annually.
PreZero intends to integrate nearby facilities and transport routes in Tondela. The buyer says all employees are retained.
