Rekeep World acquired 60% of Porto-based Euromex Facility Services, entering Portugal with a focus on healthcare-building services. CEO Ricardo Cerqueira retained 40% and his management role.
The transaction
The buyer's 26 January release says the company will take the name Rekeep Portugal. It describes hygiene and cleaning services for healthcare buildings and a strategy of partnering with locally established operators.
Abreu's subsequent 29 January adviser disclosure corroborates the 60% acquisition and completion process. Neither source states a transaction price or a separate exact legal closing day.
