Superhuman agreed to acquire spreadsheet software business Rows, whose team was based in Porto, to strengthen Coda's data capabilities.
The transaction
Rows announced the agreement on 22 February; Superhuman published its own announcement the following day. The buyer said the Porto team would contribute to Coda within its productivity platform.
The target's current website says Rows joined Superhuman. The original announcement planned to wind down the standalone product after completion, but gives no exact closing date.
